FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE ON A DEFLATING BALLOON!

The mode:
- Each player is Reinhardt.
- The arena is a shrinking, bouncy balloon way up in the sky.
- Every hit you land knock your victims away from you.
- Your charge ability makes you fly. Cancel it by pressing the button again.
- Your shield ability is replaced by a spinning ability.
- Your ultimate ability makes you stronger: you stun other players and move faster.
- Crouching makes you bounce less high.
- If two players charge each other, they'll create a huge explosion that will knock back every other player. BOOM
12 maps. 12 players. Maximum chaos. Maximum fun.
The rules:
- The ultimate scales with the amount of players alive: the less people alive, the faster it charges but the shorter it lasts.
- Earning a kill gives one point.
- The last player alive at the end of a round earns two points.
- If the time runs out while a round is in progress, Overtime will activate until the round ends.
- If some players are tied when a match ends, they'll have to play a Tie Breaker round.

Fixed some maps to prevent players from accessing the top of the skybox to avoid dying.
- Made the balloon smaller during tiebreaker so the match ends faster.
- Fixed a bug that made players who joined during a match in progress spawn on the map (not on the balloon).
- Fixed a bug that made players have 25% aim speed during tiebreakers.
===== PATCH HIGHLIGHTS =====
- Added THE BOOM: when two players charge each other and knock each other out, an explosion will occur, pushing away every other player and creating a big explosion effect and sound.
- Changed the locked spectator camera into a MOBILE spectator camera that can spin around the arena by moving the mouse left and right when death spectating.
===== GENERAL =====
- Changed Charge cooldown time from 100% to 90%.
- Games now last 8 minutes instead of 7.
- Added a delay before the death message appears to avoid it appearing twice.
- Removed Oasis Garden from the list of maps since it's not a playable map.
- Fixed some bugs.
- Made the code cleaner and easier to read.
