Options

MM2 Today, I present to you Murder Mystery 2! This gamemode is based off of Garry's Mod's infamous Murder gamemode. In this gamemode, players must work together in order to bring down the murderer(s) among them.

Basics

  • In Murder Mystery, there are murderer(s), bystanders, and sheriff(s). If there are eight or more players, 2 sheriffs and murderers will spawn per game. During a game, the murderers must seek out to kill all sheriffs and bystanders without(or with, I don't know your style) getting caught; or else they can be killed by a gun. Once all innocents or murderers are dead, the round will end and another will begin. Also, people may walk around the map to pick up Teal auras known as clues!

  • Survive from the murderer
  • Collect 5 clues to gain a gun(become McCree) with 6 shots
  • Kill the murderer!
  • Can pick up guns/ammo from dead bodies
  • Holding secondary fire will cause them to sprint; stamina displayed at top right!
  • Can collect clues to gain 2 more ammo(only with a gun)
  • Shooting someone who is innocent will result in a loss of all ammo
  • Guns = instant kill

  • Spawns with a gun(as McCree)
  • Kill the murderer!
  • Can pick up ammo from dead bodies

  • Cloak can be activated by the ultimate button
  • 15 seconds of stealth + 100% movement speed
  • Murdering will uncloak instantly
  • One time use

Clues

  • As seen above, clues assist players in many ways
  • 3 clues exist at all times on each map in random locations
  • When a clue is collected, another will spawn in a random location
  • Plays a "sparkly" sound every 7 seconds to notify locations of clues
  • Appear as teal auras
  • Simply walk over it to collect it
